Can Hudson Square Reinvent Itself as New York City's Next Hot Neighborhood?

Hudson Square, formerly known as "West Soho", is emerging as Downtown's newest sought after office and residential neighborhood. It's conveniently situated south of the West Village and north of Tribeca; adjacent to the Hudson River and Hudson River Park. The area was once home to NYC's printing district and still maintains that industrial character. Google and Disney recently opened expansive office campuses here. Developers have taken note of the area's transformation. Several new luxury condo developments have added to a growing residential population, including Greenwich West, located on 110 Charlton Street, with its unique French inspired Art Deco design.
